The Development Manager serves as your Project Manager, Principal’s Representative, and Owner’s Agent, overseeing the project in alignment with your interests and acting on your behalf.

Superintendent:
The Superintendent administers the construction contract between the Principal and the Head Contractor.
Key responsibilities of the Superintendent include evaluating contractor claims for payment, variations, extensions of time and more.
According to Australian Standard AS4000 and AS4902 construction contracts, the Principal must ensure that a Superintendent is appointed at all times, and that the Superintendent carries out all duties and responsibilities reasonably and in good faith.
Superintendent Representative Responsibilities:
- Administer the construction contract
- Assess claims for payment, variations, extensions of time, defects, latent conditions, and practical completion.
